The Opportunity with McKinstry The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in leading the requirements gathering, analysis, and stakeholder alignment for the deployment of a new software application. This role bridges business needs with technical solutions, ensuring the application is successfully implemented, meets organizational objectives, and delivers measurable value. The Senior Business Analyst will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, solution architects, developers, testers, and change management teams throughout the software deployment lifecycle. The pay range for this position is $99,270 - $169,900 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
