Cox Ideabar, an integrated brand, creative, and media marketing center for creativity, is seeking an intern to join us for the summer of 2026 within the Partnerships & Operations department. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across four key groups: Creative Project Management, Account Management, Integrated Media, and Business Operations. The intern will assist in day-to-day operations, contribute to strategic initiatives, and collaborate with internal and external partners to help bring creative visions to life. This role is ideal for a highly organized, curious, and proactive individual who is eager to learn how creativity and operations intersect to drive business and environmental impact. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time. Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship. USD 21.49 - 32.26 per hour Compensation: Hourly base pay rate is $21.49 - $32.26/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
