As a Security Officer - Financial Center - Full Time in Armonk, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .

As a Dispatch professional with Allied Universal, you will play a critical role in supporting security-related operations at a prominent financial institution location. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating communications, monitoring activities, and assisting in the deployment of security personnel to various areas as needed. By remaining attentive and responsive, you will help to deter incidents and provide timely support to onsite teams. This position places a strong emphasis on clear communication, teamwork, and delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and visitors. Pay Rate: $30.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Monitor and coordinate communications for incidents and critical situations, responding in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Dispatch security personnel and resources as needed based on reports from the location.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of incidents, calls, and dispatch activities.
• Communicate with on-site personnel, law enforcement, and/or emergency responders as required.
• Assist in helping to deter unauthorized activities by maintaining constant awareness of the location's status through monitoring systems and reports.
• Support Allied Universal and client staff by providing timely updates and relaying important information related to security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
