Parts & Warranty Customer Service Representative \| DuraMag \| Waterville, ME Regular Employee \| Salary Non-Exempt Overview As the Parts & Warranty Customer Service Representative for DuraMag (Aebi Schmidt Group Brands) based in Waterville, ME, you will be essential in delivering exceptional support to customers by handling inquiries, processing warranty claims, and coordinating with internal departments. You will also provide administrative assistance to the Quality Control team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
