Join Summit Credit Union as a Universal Banker!
Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives-face to face? Do you thrive on building relationships and helping others achieve their financial goals? Summit Credit Union is looking for a Universal Banker to join our team at our West Milwaukee location!


What You'll Do:

  • Deliver friendly, accurate, and prompt service to our members-in person, over the phone, and through digital channels.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand members' needs and recommend solutions that make managing money easier, more effective, and more fun.
  • Open new accounts, educate members on products and services, and refer them to teammates for specialized support.
  • Help members improve their financial situation while balancing the needs of the credit union.
  • Complete branch operations tasks with accuracy and efficiency.


What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of sales or customer service experience (or higher education in finance, sales, or marketing).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to build rapport, communicate proactively, and project a positive image.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and basic math/financial concepts.
  • Willingness to work Saturday hours.
