We have a job opening for a full-time Director, Marketing in our Tiffin, OH location or remote. The primary role of the Director is to be lead and inspire a high-performing team while also serving as a hands-on individual contributor responsible for driving brand strategy, elevating creative design, and developing compelling marketing content. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining a cohesive brand identity across all channels, overseeing the creation of impactful visual assets, and crafting persuasive presentation proposals that support business development and strategic initiatives. In addition to managing day-to-day marketing operations, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration, you will also be responsible for content creation that aligns with company goals and resonates with target audiences, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence across all marketing efforts. Essential Functions: Responsibilities include hiring, training, developing and managing team members. The individual will be responsible for achieving all the marketing and corporate objectives that are set forth. In addition, the Director will be responsible for providing information to senior management regarding marketing analytics, competitive activity, emerging trends in the industry and best practices as determined while working with their team members. The Director will be required to have strong relationships with key internal departments as well as business partners and customers as it relates to understanding and deploying marketing strategy. It will be necessary to effectively collaborate with sales and departmental leaders in order to foster good communication and the sharing of best practices. The position will include responsibility for gathering information that supports and facilitates the acquisition of new business.
