LPN - The Alice Center Skilled Nursing

Shift Differentials: Evening +$5.50/hr | Night +$7.00/hr

Schedule: Flexible Per Diem; Minimum 2 shifts per pay period, including 2 weekend shifts per month

Role: Provide resident-centered nursing care. Administer medications, monitor health status, assist with ADLs, and collaborate with the care team.

Requirements: NY LPN license * BLS required * Reliable and team-oriented

Per Diem Expectations: 1 minor + 1 major holiday annually * Maintain required education
