Manager, Environmental Services

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Environmental Services (EVS) Manager to oversee departmental operations and drive excellence across quality, safety, and performance for the Amery Hospital & Clinic and Westfields Hospital & Clinic EVS teams. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality cleaning standards, achieving 90%+ reliability in quality measures, and fostering a culture of patient and staff safety through active committee participation. The ideal candidate will lead department planning, engage staff in goal setting, and champion patient-centered care to reach top-tier NRC Picker scores. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, staff development, and interdepartmental collaboration, this position also manages financial performance and ensures regulatory compliance to maintain a state of readiness.

Work Locations:

• Amery Hospital & Clinic - Amery, WI
• Westfields Hospital & Clinic - New Richmond, WI
  

Work Schedule:

• Exempt - 40 hrs weekly / 1.0 FTE
• Core hours would be Monday - Friday daytime hours, with evenings, weekends and holidays needed depending on department needs
  

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in healthcare housekeeping
• At least 1-year supervisory experience
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate of Art degree (or higher) in Supervision/Management or another related field
