Key Responsibilities: Provide direct resident care during evening and weekend shifts. Administer medications and monitor resident health. Qualifications: Current LPN license in New York State. Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented. Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred but not required.
