WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will promote and maintain employee health and safety by providing clinical care, health education, and case management, while ensuring compliance with occupational health regulations and company policies.
- Manage Workers' Compensation claims, including timely reporting, risk assessment, and communication with all stakeholders.
- Review and distribute incident and injury reports; maintain contact with injured associates and healthcare providers to support return-to-work processes.
- Liaise with insurance carriers and establish relationships with medical providers.
- Coordinate employee health programs, screenings (e.g., pre-employment lift tests), training, and health education.
- Lead the Health & Safety Committee and monitor workplace safety, including first aid supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, OSHA standards, and maintain OSHA logs.
- Oversee accident/injury intake and manage records in the incident tracking system.
WHO YOU ARE
- Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
- Occupational Health experience in a Distribution or Manufacturing setting preferred
- Fluent in the Spanish language
- Ability to work independently and in a high pressure, multi-personality, fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- COHN/COHN-S certification required
- Certified in hearing conservation, spirometry and CPR.
- Member of AAOHN and Member of ASSE
- Ergonomic/MSD's Regulations
- Strong Interpersonal & Leadership Skills: Builds trust, communicates clearly, and collaborates effectively across teams. Works daily with the Values and Leadership principles.
- Expertise in Safety & Operations: Deep knowledge of DC processes, safety protocols, and cross-functional logistics operations.
- Regulatory & Policy Knowledge: Solid grasp of global standards, local legislation, and compliance requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works closely with Security, HR, Operations, and Risk Management to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.
- Agility & Growth Mindset: Embraces change, adapts quickly, and fosters continuous improvement.

Compensation: salary range is $86,804 - $97,655 annually** *This job posting highlights the most critical responsibilities and requirements of the job and is not all-inclusive.
