As a Part Time Barista at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you'll be responsible for taking orders and crafting drinks with a friendly smile and swift precision. Grand Geneva in Lake Geneva is a 1,300 acre, AAA Four Diamond resort and spa recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler. This award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets.  - Fully understand the menu, including ingredients, preparation, and service standards for beverages and dishes.
 - Deliver excellent service accents, including proper presentation and product knowledge of Grand Geneva and Starbucks offerings.
 - Follow standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating, and storing all products.
 - Handle guest orders from start to finish, ensuring complete satisfaction.
 - Maintain efficient flow of soiled dishes to the kitchen and restock clean supplies in the restaurant.
 - Efficiently operate the POS system (Micros) and follow proper cash handling procedures.
 - Manage designated stations with proficiency in multitasking and side work completion.
 - Process guest checks and submit closing paperwork promptly, addressing any guest complaints as needed.
 
 
What do you bring to the role? 
 - High school diploma or equivalent required; prior hospitality, customer service or barista experience preferred.
 - Strong communication skills and familiarity with the hospitality industry.
 - Ability to build effective relationships with management, staff, and the public.
 - Works well independently and in teams; must be a collaborative team player.
 - Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
 - Outgoing, pleasant personality with the ability to work under pressure.
 - Physically able to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform various tasks.
 - Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
