Required to use repetitive assembly operations related to component parts. Follows all safety rules and instructions, maintain 5S standards of the work area, and performs other functions on and off the production line as required. Reads and interprets various blueprints, wiring diagrams, test procedures, oral instructions, and/or established procedures and bills of material. Attaches various parts to incomplete assemblies or sub-assemblies using a variety of fixtures, hand and power tools, stand-alone bench press, wire strippers, and material handling equipment. Disassembles a range of finished products, recommends the need for minor overhaul or limited parts replacement, and reassembles.
