  We're currently looking for an Assistant OE Store Manager to join our team and play a critical part in our daily operations. This dynamic role is responsible for optimizing overall OE Facility performance-both financially and operationally-by assisting in the management of daily operations, driving sales, controlling expenses, and ensuring profitability.

    What You'll Do: 
    
    
      
     - Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily operations within the OE tire facility
 - Coordinate workflow and ensure timely, accurate production of tire assemblies to meet customer and OEM requirements
 - Supervise and support technicians and warehouse personnel to maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards
 - Monitor production schedules and order fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery of products
 - Assist with inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and tracking of tires, wheels, and related components
 - Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, inventory records, and shipping/receiving transactions
 - Help implement and enforce company policies, safety procedures, and quality control standards
 - Provide hands-on support in troubleshooting production or logistical issues as they arise
 - Communicate regularly with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any discrepancies
 - Contribute to cost control and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at maximizing efficiency and profitability
 - Additional tasks as assigned by manager
 
  
      
     
    
    What You Need: 
    
    
      
     - Solid understanding of OE tire production operations and related processes
 - Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
 - Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities
 - Knowledge of Microsoft Office and MaddenCo Preferred
 - Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and supporting company standards
