As a key contributor to our internal communications team, you will be instrumental in developing and executing communication strategies that drive employee engagement, reinforce our brand, and ensure consistent messaging across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with leadership and stakeholders, crafting impactful communications that resonate with a global audience and contribute directly to the success and alignment of our strategic initiatives.

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans that support organizational goals and engagement initiatives.

* Craft compelling messages, write, and edit a variety of content for corporate communications, ensuring accuracy, quality, and effective storytelling.

* Manage executive communications, including the creation and distribution of newsletters and other high-level updates.

* Drive employee engagement, branding, and recognition programs, seeking creative ways to celebrate achievements and foster a positive work environment.

* Support global communication strategies, ensuring alignment and effectiveness across diverse time zones and audiences.

* Track and acknowledge employee achievements, developing robust forms of recognition.

* Collaborate with relevant teams to produce and finalize monthly and annual newsletters.

* Ensure the timely and accurate dissemination of news, multimedia content, and information across internal platforms.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 2-4 years of related experience in a communications role.

* Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training preferred.

* Demonstrated experience in communication plan development.

* Experience working effectively within a global team, managing communications for diverse time zones and audiences.

* Technical proficiency with communication and collaboration platforms, including experience leveraging AI for automating or standardizing communication processes.

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to negotiate and provide excellent customer service.

* Proven interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

* Basic knowledge of principles and methods for promoting products or services.

* Basic knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience in corporate communication, particularly within a business or supply chain context.

* Strong writing and storytelling abilities that can captivate and inform.

* A track record of developing creative and influential marketing plans for employee engagement.

* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.
