Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


Under general supervision, this role provides end-user support, conference room equipment assistance, and general technical support through an IT Walk-Up environment. The individual will support desktop and workstation-related needs, including basic troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, printers, smartphones, and tablets. This position operates with limited supervision and does not include supervisory responsibilities.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Office, and Office 365 is required
  • Familiarity with maintaining laptop and PC hardware, laser printers, iOS, and Android devices
  • 1-3 years of experience in in-person IT support
  • Prior experience in a technical support role or industry-recognized certifications/education preferred


Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Required:
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical issues to end users
  • Sound knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, and Intune solutions
  • Strong organizational skills, including maintaining a clean workspace and managing a virtual queue of tasks
  • Availability to assist users via chat, email, phone, and in person
  • Understanding of incident prioritization and ticketing systems
  • Familiarity with standard practices for desktop hardware setup/configuration and operating systems
  • Effective communication with both technical and non-technical personnel
  • Timely and accurate task completion
  • Team-oriented work ethic
  • Ability to make sound decisions with general guidance


Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required:
  • Valid state-issued driver's license


Working Conditions:


In addition to standard office conditions, the role requires physical activity such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 70 pounds. On-site presence is required, with some remote work permitted. Travel may be necessary; a company vehicle will be provided.

Estimated Min Rate: $22.67
Estimated Max Rate: $26.00
