Overview Bonus Options: up to $20,000 Employment Type: Full Time Shifts Available: Nights Hours: 7:00pm to 7:00am Location: St. Joseph Medical Center-Kansas City, MO The Medical-Surgical Renal Registered Nurse (RN) specializes in delivering expert care to patients in the medical-surgical unit who are affected by renal conditions. This role blends the broad, fast-paced responsibilities of a med-surg nurse with the specialized knowledge required to care for patients with renal impairments. The Med-Surg Renal RN is responsible for managing patient care from admission through discharge, focusing on both acute and chronic kidney issues. This registered nurse is adept at performing detailed assessments, crafting individualized care plans, and executing complex interventions. This role of Med-Surg Renal RN requires a compassionate nursing professional capable of working effectively within a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes and experience.
