Onsite position in Downtown Atlanta

Summary
The Technical Support Specialist provides technical assistance and instruction in the capabilities and use of information systems at Grady Health System. Provides hands-on assistance to system users by resolving questions and problems related to information systems and hardware. Performs work under the direct supervision of higher level professional, technical, and administrative staff.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field is preferred.
  • Three years of technical customer service experience, including desktop, hardware, network, and software problem resolution if only High school.
