We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented individual with solid program delivery and project management skills to join our AI Modernization efforts. This is an opportunity to join a future-forward team where innovation, impact, and collaboration drive everything we do. You'll play a key role in shaping how our organization uses AI and related capabilities to deliver smarter, more effective solutions at scale.

This specific role serves as a critical connector between multiple cross-functional areas, including Marketing, Business and Technology. This individual will identify capability needs, evaluate existing solutions, conduct pilots, and scale pilot solutions that meet enterprise objectives. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to deliver and a passion for AI, process improvement and modernization.

For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

Strategic Alignment & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Develop a deep understanding of internal business strategies, challenges, and opportunities
  • Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders to uncover and prioritize capability needs
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements

Capability Assessment & Development:

  • Evaluate existing capabilities for alignment with business needs
  • Identify gaps and partner with cross-functional teams to explore or develop new capabilities
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, scalability, and long-term strategic goals

Program Delivery & Execution:

  • Lead delivery of capability initiatives within the AI Modernization framework
  • Execute against defined program objectives and strategic roadmaps
  • Define and maintain measurement plans, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to evaluate impact and outcomes
  • Track progress, manage risks, and ensure accountability across teams and stakeholders

Project Management:

  • Plan, manage, and support complex, cross-functional projects
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across teams
  • Provide clear communication and updates to stakeholders at all levels

Product & Capability Integration:

  • Understand the product development and implementation lifecycle
  • Identify integration points for capability enablement and ensure seamless execution
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption

Innovation & Modernization:

  • Stay current on emerging AI technologies, digital tools, and industry trends
  • Champion modernization and continuous improvement initiatives that drive operational efficiency and business value

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience building/creating project deliverables with the ability to manage complex workstreams in a client facing role
  • Demonstrated passion for AI, digital transformation, and modern business capabilities
  • Proven solid understanding of business processes, capability development, and technology enablement
  • Experience defining and managing measurement plans, KPIs, and success indicators
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively drive results in a dynamic, matrixed environment with a high degree of organizational change, growth, and ambiguity
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, fast learner, with communication skills to cater messaging and reporting to different audiences
  • Proven excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in project or program management (e.g., PMP, Agile)
  • Experience in AI modernization, digital transformation, or innovation programs
  • Familiarity with enterprise tools and platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or ML/AI solutions
  • Solid analytical mindset and comfort working with data to inform decisions

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
