What to Expect TheAssociateManager, Collision Validationis responsible for leading the teams that validate and create flat rate times for the collision repair manual for Tesla vehicles. This leader is responsible for leading the collision validation team to support vehicle market entry through ensuring 100% vehicle replaceability and repairability is achieved and all collision damage can be repaired on day zero of customer deliveries.
