What will you do as the Parish & Community Engagement Manager?

This role is responsible for establishing, renewing and maintaining positive working relationships between parishes, schools, and community partners, by building upon their common commitment to Catholic Social Teaching and expanding service to those most in need. The manager will also:

  • Promote agency programs, services, and volunteer opportunities throughout Southeastern Wisconsin
  • Manage events and activities in collaboration with program staff and volunteers
  • Lead advertising, recruiting, training, supporting and cultivation of volunteers, as well as relationships with community partners and parishes
  • Coordinate volunteer and parish communication, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.
  • Oversee and maintain the Galaxy volunteer management platform, ensuring accurate data, communication, and meaningful end user experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and volunteer strategies with agency goals


Salary: $48,000 - $53,000 DOE

What are the requirements?

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, volunteer management, or community relations-preferably within a nonprofit or faith-based organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Experience managing events, volunteers, and online engagement platforms (Galaxy preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management.
  • Ability to travel within the Archdiocese. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and minimum liability insurance are required.
