RN Diagnostic Imaging

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fast-paced pre/post interventional radiology department in a Level 1 Trauma center. This position caters to both inpatient and outpatient populations across the lifespan. As part of a multidisciplinary team, nurses are responsible for the pre-procedural preparation of patients, post-procedural recovery, and overnight observation care. While experience with GI post-procedural care is preferred, it is not required.

Our department specializes in providing care for patients undergoing CT scans, MRIs, Nuclear Medicine scans, X-rays, and ultrasounds. • Provide pre/post and 23-hour care for IR patients.
• Care for patients boarding overnight pre or post-procedure.

• Friday to Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Floating, holidays, weekends, and charge per unit as needed
• Contract duration: 13 or 17 weeks

• 2 years' Registered IR Nursing experience
• Telemetry Experience Required
• New York RN license (ONLY)

• BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
• ACLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
