Regional Director of Operations Job Perks and Benefits:

Position Summary

The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) oversees operational, financial, and cultural performance across assigned senior living communities in Wisconsin. The RDO leads Executive Directors (EDs), collaborates with Regional Directors of Clinical Operations (RDCOs), and partners with corporate leaders to maintain high-quality operations and resident satisfaction while ensuring compliance with Wisconsin DHS regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Executive Directors across assigned communities.
  • Monitor operations to ensure compliance with GLM policies and WI state/federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with RDCOs on clinical initiatives and resident care standards.
  • Drive financial performance through effective budget oversight, occupancy management, and cost control.
  • Partner with sales and marketing to achieve growth and retention goals.
  • Maintain safe, well-maintained environments through regular site visits and vendor management.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between community leadership, ownership, and corporate teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
  • At least 5 years of multi-site leadership experience in senior living or healthcare required.
  • Proven success in operational excellence and financial oversight.
  • Working knowledge of Wisconsin DHS CBRF and RCAC regulations strongly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license and be able to travel frequently throughout Wisconsin and to Minnesota.
