Toppan Merrill has an exciting opportunity for a Fulfillment Lead to join our 2nd Shift team in Sartell, MN. You will leadthe fulfillment collation team through training of employees and ensuring work orders are completed during the shift.

Shift: 1:00pm - 9:00pm Monday - Friday

Job Responsibilities:

• Understands and follows all Company policies and procedures and is the example to the department.
• Advises and inform Supervisor on all matters relevant to the job, Company policies and safety.
• Understands the department operation and processes.
• Assure all paperwork is handled properly.
• Relay all required information to the scheduler and supervisor.
• Enforce all necessary quality checking to maintain a high quality standard.
• Facilitate all necessary training for Fulfillment Specialists in the department.
• Serve as the contact person for all order inquiries.
• Respond in a professional and positive manner when obtaining and relaying information.
• Adjust work hours as needed to cover for vacations and illness on both shifts.
• Fill in for Fulfillment Supervisor when necessary.

About You:

• High School Diploma
• 3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing facility.
• Understanding of fulfillment and production
• Ability to stand/walk 7.5 hours per day on concrete floor
• Ability to lift: 5-25lbs. frequently and up to 40 lbs. occasionally
