Reservation Agent

The Wilderness Resort is seeking candidates for a Reservations Agent position. This is a fast-paced call center environment. Must be able to communicate well with people; answer and direct telephone calls; and answer questions that may arise from guests. Must have excellent customer service experience. Must be proactive and must be able to multi-task.

Must be able to work days, nights and weekends.
