With the growing demand for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance solutions that enable timely and informed decision-making, the Missions Systems Division integrates cutting-edge products and intelligent systems for military ISR aircraft and ground systems.

We provide mobile Mission Systems and Solutions with a full range of aircraft modification capabilities to support critical missions. DTB has the engineering expertise to understand system requirements for design, prototyping, production, and mission support needs, delivering solutions for mission-critical programs.

The ideal candidate will be able to take a hands-on approach to their work, be flexible in their duties, and be a proven self-starter.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

The Sr. Program Manager will be accountable to establish clear organizational lines of authority and responsibility to ensure effective management of the resources assigned to all programs. The Program Manager is responsible to provide all support required to the program and the customer across all program portfolios throughout the period of performance. DTB Mission Systems has a variety of CPFF and FFP programs. As a Sr. Program Manager, you will have responsibility for the schedule, financials, risks, and all final decisions for the programs.



  • Serve as the primary customer interface for all programmatic and technical representation regarding program status, compliance, task order conditions, and overall performance.
  • Responsible for the management, utilization, control, and reallocation of available resources to complete tasks IAW scheduled milestones.
  • Ensure quality checks are completed and all tasks are staffed appropriately.
  • Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the delivery and CDRLs IAW the established standards set forth in the Statement of Objectives, and other supporting documents.
  • Work collaboratively with the Product Mangers, Platform Operations, Project Management and Quality Assurance to establish and manage program execution.


Required Qualifications:



  • 4 yr. Technical Degree (Engineering, Computer Science) with 15+ years' experience in a technical role
  • Strong work ethic is a must
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills, applied to all levels of the organization, including executives, managers, project managers, senior technical staff, vendors, contractors, and administrative support
  • Ability to develop budgets and actively manage costs associated with the program and the individual projects within the program
  • Familiar with government contracts regarding type and structure
  • Familiar with ERP/MRP software
  • Occasional travel may be required
  • US citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a TS security clearance is required


Preferred Qualifications:



  • PMP and/or PGMP certification preferred
