As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities within a government location. Your responsibilities will include managing communications, tracking incidents, and supporting our on-site teams to help to deter potential security-related issues. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security personnel and coordinate response activities as needed.
• Receive and document reports of incidents, emergencies, and/or suspicious activities within the location.
• Communicate with on-site staff to relay information and instructions regarding security-related procedures and protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all dispatch-related activities and communications.
• Assist in coordinating emergency response efforts by notifying appropriate personnel and agencies according to site-specific protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting visitors or employees as appropriate.
• Support Allied Universal team members by facilitating clear communication and collaboration during routine operations and critical situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
