Security Officer - Mobile Patrol

As a Security Officer - Government Site Driver in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a PATROL_UNARMED officer with Allied Universal in a government location, you will conduct regular patrols and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring assigned areas, responding to situations as needed, and providing outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the premises using a company vehicle. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the government location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and monitor for any suspicious behavior.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned location to help to deter potential issues and support a secure environment.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual activities observed during patrols.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency responders as directed in accordance with site protocols.
• Assist visitors and employees with security-related inquiries and provide directions or assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
