As a Security Professional - Unarmed CRE Patrol in West Hills, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help create a secure environment for tenants and visitors. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order and security-related standards at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols to Allied Universal management and/or site contacts as appropriate.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, activities, and observations during each shift as required by Allied Universal and/or site-specific guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
