As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent retail location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment for visitors, staff, and merchandise. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately during emergency situations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including the sales floor, storage areas, and perimeter, to help to deter potential issues and identify any unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
• Support store staff and guests by addressing security-related concerns and escalating situations as needed.
• Maintain clear and concise communication with Allied Universal management and location staff regarding incidents, hazards, or concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or policy violations in and around the location.
• Assist with access control procedures, verifying authorized entry and monitoring entry and exit points as directed by site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
