As a Security Officer - Tech Campus Patrols in Jeffersonville, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a critical role in helping to deter security-related incidents within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom environment. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to all visitors and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following Allied Universal procedures and site-specific policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including business and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related issues.
• Respond to incidents and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Support emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and client site protocols.
• Maintain accurate logs and/or reports of activities, incidents, and any irregularities observed during patrols.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel and law enforcement as needed, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site policies.
• Remain alert to potential security-related hazards within the environment, promptly reporting concerns to the appropriate parties.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
