Administrative Assistant - Medical Experience Preferred!!! PART TIME 20 HOURS A WEEK 3 DAYS A WEEK (FLEXIBLE) ON 7 HOUR SHIFTS We encourage fun, on and off the clock.
Be the "face" of one of our outpatient or hospital facilities-and use your administrative skills to impact on the lives of our patients and their families. In this support role you will ensure the timely and accurate completion of change requisitions, treatment logs, patient charts, invoices and purchase orders. You also will assist patients with transportation arrangements and physician appointments.

Medical Assistant/Secretary or secretarial certification is preferred as is at least 1 year in a related administrative position in a medical setting. We seek a personable individual with excellent computer and clerical skills (Microsoft Office). You must type 60 WPM and have a high school diploma or GED. Ability to work independently and manage a busy desk while interacting with patients Ability to travel to multiple clinics as needed within a 10-mile radius Ability to work Part Time, Monday through Friday with some occasional Saturday hours - 3 Flexible days during week at 7-hour shifts

LTC / Acute patient care experience desired Competitive Pay Rate, dependent upon experience Full-time schedule with a minimum of 3 days and 30 hours a week Alternating Saturdays with occasional Sundays based on holidays Alternating typical Start (MWF 4:00 am/TTS 4:00 am) and typical End (MWS 8:00 pm/TTS 5:00 pm) Shifts include pre-opening preparation for morning patients and post day wrap up putting the clinic back and setting up for the next morning's team. Average hours range from 10 to 12 hours a day Monitor, educate, and provide care for up to 4 patients at a time. Please note you will be exposed to blood and will handle needles.
