AV and Technology Support Technician- Fresno DO-Fres-AssDn-Admin-IT Full Time 86826BR Job Summary Applies skills as a seasoned, experienced professional to coordinate AV, instructional technology services and delivery of customer service. Maintains a wide variety of media technologies, hardware, and software, including Crestron control systems, codec appliances, integrated cameras, microphones, speakers, lighting, projectors, and other components that make up the AV infrastructure, applying appropriate solutions to non-standard problems. Provides consultative advice to clients on technical, media presentation methods, techniques and equipment and intellectual property issues in instructional and special event settings. Analyzes technical, system, service delivery and / or business processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $32.09 - $68.87 (Hourly Rate).
