Description Medical Group Practices Management/Leadership The Practice Manager is responsible for the operational leadership of a fully virtual walk-in clinic and virtual in-basket management practice, ensuring high-quality, timely, and patient-centered care. This role oversees all aspects of virtual care delivery, including team leadership, patient access, workflow optimization, and provider support. The Practice Manager leads a remote team of clinical and administrative staff, managing scheduling, training, and performance to ensure seamless virtual visit coordination and telehealth compliance. They optimize provider in-basket workflows-ensuring timely triage, documentation, and follow-up-and use data to monitor KPIs, develop dashboards, and drive continuous quality improvement. In close partnership with various internal and external teams, this role implements cross-functional process improvements to enhance both patient and provider experiences across virtual services. This role is generally scheduled weekdays, 8 - 4:30, and is based at our 110 Free Stret/Corporate office location (with hybrid flexibility). This role will primarily support Virtual Quick Care, however, will support duties in Virtual Behavioral Health and Virtual In Basket. Summary: The Manager - Practice Operations role is responsible for supervising both clinical and administrative staff and coordinating the daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow and optimum productivity while maintaining patient, staff and physician satisfaction.
