We're looking for a supportive and experiencedClinical Managerto help lead our weight management teams inSouth Portland and Kennebunk. You'll work closely with the Kennebunk and South Portland Practice Managers in a triad leadership model, making sure daily operations run smoothly and patients receive the best care possible. This role involves developing and refining workflows and protocols, collaborating with providers, leaders, and staff, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring care delivery aligns with organizational goals. Summary:

The Manager - Clinical Ambulatory Care is responsible for supervising and overseeing all operational aspects of the clinical department, including clinical services and staffing needs. The Clinical Manager is responsible for coordinating the clinical work flow in order to provide the most efficient, effective, safe and comprehensive patient care. The Clinical Manager will work with physicians, midlevel providers and clinical staff to increase the volume of clinical outpatient services, referral process, patient flow, and maximize the productivity of each practice location.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Current State of Maine RN license required. Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
  3. Experience: Five years of experience in the nursing field required. Supervisory experience preferred.
