Our busy pediatric specialty office is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and hardworking team member to join our close-knit group of professionals. We're a fast-paced, high-energy practice that provides exceptional care to children and their families. The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned.

• Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM
• Fully on site in Portland ME
• Opportunity for promotion and raise after 6 months of employment!

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
