Job Description

Position Description:


The Senior Coordinator, Transition plays a vital role in ensuring seamless client onboarding by managing all documentation from initial contact through implementation handoff. This position serves as the critical link between the sales and implementation teams, expertly handling the collection, preparation, and processing of all required new client paperwork.



Position Location:



  • This position is remote and does not require regular in-office presence.



What you do:



  • Prepare comprehensive new client documentation with precision and efficiency to support sales team objectives.
  • Verify all documentation is complete and accurate before sending externally for signature.
  • Distribute finalized paperwork for signature to appropriate stakeholders including Plan Sponsors, Financial Advisors, and Third-Party Administrators.
  • Engage via telephone and written correspondence with prospective and existing clients to address inquiries.
  • Proactively follow up on all outstanding requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate responses to questions from both the sales team and external stakeholders.
  • Track and monitor new plan submissions throughout their entire lifecycle, from initial request through handoff to implementation.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of various plan types, including their specific features and documentation requirements.
  • Identify potential issues early and implement solutions to prevent delays in the transition process.
  • Provide support to team members during periods of high volume or specialized needs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of transition processes and procedures.


What you bring:



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 1-3 years related experience required

    • Retirement experience is preferred

About this Position's Pay
The pay range posted reflects a nationwide minimum to maximum covering all potential locations where the position may be filled. The final determination on pay for any position will be based on multiple factors including role, career level, work location, skill set, and candidate level of experience to ensure pay equity within the organization. This position will be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits package (see above for details). This position will be eligible to participate in our Short-Term Incentive Plan with the annual target defined by the plan.
