Provides assistance, consultation and customer service in all HR areas with primary focus on employee information and systems. Serves as a member of the HR team and assists with: Recruitment, Affirmative Action, Records and Retention, Service Awards, and Onboarding MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSTwo years of human resources clerical-support experience directly assisting human resources professionals in the administrative functions of a human resources program. -OR- Three years progressively responsible administrative, clerical or record-keeping support experience College-level course work may substitute for the general experience requirement based on 45-quarter units per year. The State Certified Human Resources Professional (SCHRP) certification, awarded by the Oregon Chief Human Resources Office, substitutes for six months of human resource professional-level experience.
