Colony Brands, Inc., one of North America's largest and most successful direct marketing catalog and e-commerce companies, is looking for an Associate Planner to support multiple divisions and help drive strategic growth.

As an Associate Planner, you'll support the planning team in both pre-season and in-season product forecasting. You'll manage item setup, facilitate change management, and build demand forecasts that help guide strategic decisions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with cross-functional teams, and has a passion for turning data into actionable insights.

You'll also be responsible for:
* Building and managing SKU-level demand forecasts using historical data, market trends and cross-functional input
* Maintaining planning systems to ensure data accuracy across platforms
* Participating in cross-functional weekly business updates to provide learnings on business performance & actions go forward
* Promoting and fostering collaborative strategic partnerships with cross-organizational business partners

Qualifications

We need someone with experience working with statistical reports and the ability to analyze those reports. This position requires self-initiative and efficiency, while building partnerships throughout the organization. An Associate's degree in a Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or Economics discipline and a minimum of 1 year of statistical and data analysis experience related to inventory and forecasting (via education or on-the-job experience) is required.
