Could you be the full-time onsite Manager of Compliance - Maintenance of Equipment in Los Angeles, CA, US we're looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive compliance and safety expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, knowledgeable, and collaborative teammates. You'll ensure our operations adhere to the highest standards of safety and compliance, making a significant impact on our organizational integrity and efficiency. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business

We'll look to you for:




  • Maintaining documentation of training and qualifications performed for contractors, subcontractors, third parties, authority, and public agency employees. ,



  • Ensuring contract compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations, as well as Standards, Rules, Regulations, and Policies. ,



  • Inspecting, testing, and overseeing compliance in the field.,



  • Performing field observations and audits.,



  • Helping develop training curriculum, programs, testing, and qualification guidelines.,



  • Collaborating with internal teams such as Project & Bid Management, Training, Safety, and Operations.,



  • Implementing, directing, and monitoring safety programs.,



  • Applying knowledge of Federal Regulations Parts 200-299, CPUC Regulations, and CAL/OSHA regulations.,



  • Enhancing safety protocols and fostering a culture of safety within the organization.,



  • Communicating effectively in both written and oral formats to ensure seamless collaboration across departments.

  • Degree in technical or safety-related field or equivalent experience,



  • Minimum 2 years of experience in railroad operations or maintenance supervision,



  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Railroad Employee with an FRA-regulated agency,



  • Knowledge of Federal Regulations Parts 200-299, CPUC Regulations, and CAL/OSHA regulations,



  • Familiarity with implementing, directing, and monitoring safety programs,



  • Inspecting, testing, and overseeing compliance in the field.



  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams,



  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities,



  • Strong organizational and analytical skills,



  • Demonstrated commitment to fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
