Specialist Corporate Security - Honolulu, HI

Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for the activities associated with the security of the company's property, personnel, and information. Establish, maintain, and enforce adequate security regulations and procedures for the organization.

Essential Functions:

• Establish, maintain, and enforce security regulations and procedures to protect personnel, network, information, property, assets, and revenue from fraud, theft, and misuse.
• Develop investigative plans, analyze documents, conduct interviews, write complex memoranda, create and maintain case files, develop crisis management and contingency plans, conduct risk assessments, provide security awareness training and conduct fraud analysis.
• Investigate improper, illegal behavior, violations of the Code of Business Conduct, theft, etc., and report facts to management and/or law enforcement
• Liaison with various government agencies to facilitate electronic surveillance orders, subpoenas, national security letters, employee clearances, access to government facilities, and company investigations/situations.
• Must be available 24 x 7 to respond to emergencies

Education:

Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Certifications, Accreditations, Licenses:

• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Must be able to obtain Top Secret clearance through Department of Justice and Department of Defense

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years in related field
• Experience in law enforcement, investigations or information security preferred

Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• General understanding and knowledge of SOX compliance preferred

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities

Salary range: $70,000-$90,000
