This position requires min. qualifications of 1 yr of journey-level exp in one of the skilled building trades or 3 yrs exp in either general building construction, maintenance work or in the HVAC plumbing or electrical trades.

Must be in possession of an appropriate NYS motor vehicle operator's lic. at the time of appointment.

Salary Range: $36,280 to $44,313
