Join the HJF Team! HJF is seeking a Nurse Practitioner I to serve as a research team member and be responsible for patient recruitment and target positive vaginal culture recruitment goal. Will work in outpatient research situations as part of research team. For research purposes only, will conduct vaginal specula exams, route research samples to the microbiology lab on site, track all analyses, and track and report data to the research team.. This position will be in support of the Uniformed Services University Graduate School of Nursing in the Military Women's Health Program located in Bethesda, MD. The Research Nurse Practitioner will be located at the Womack Army Regional Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Liberty, NC. The primary objective is to establish lay user performance criteria(sensitivity and specificity) for the SavvyCheck Vaginal Yeast Test in comparison tothe Reference Method (vaginal Candida yeast culture).
