Description
Lead the Intersection of Recovery and Social Justice At Telecare, we believe that forensic involvement shouldn't be the end of someone's story. As the Clinical Director of our San Diego CONREP Program, you aren't just a "manager"-you are the clinical heartbeat of a multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between the justice system and community reintegration. You'll partner with the Program Administrator to ensure that the individuals we serve receive evidence-based, recovery-oriented care that prioritizes both their personal growth and public safety.
The Clinical Authority: You define the standard of care. You'll oversee clinical systems, implement evidence-based practices, and ensure every treatment plan is as unique as the individual it serves.
Mentorship & Culture: You won't just supervise; you'll coach. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of professional development, clinical excellence, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
System Navigator: You are the face of the program to county partners, stakeholders, and referral sources. You'll navigate the complexities of State and County regulations with confidence and integrity.
Quality Architect: From conducting chart audits to leading incident investigations, you'll ensure our program remains a gold standard for forensic behavioral health.
