Position Title: Shift Production Lead

Wage: $22.68 per hour

Shift: 2nd

Hours: 2:45pm-10:45pm (Mon-Fri)

QPS Employment Group has a great Shift Production Lead position at a company in Wentzville, MO. This is a 2nd shift position with the opportunity for hire.

Shift Production Lead Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Oversee daily production assisting associates where required which incorporates a hands-on approach combined with positive guidance in all processes.

- Be visible and assume leadership in continuous improvement.

- Ensure new associates receive adequate training considering job procedures, quality, and health, and safety.

- Responsible for new process set up and tear down.

- Ensure associates are following all rules and codes of conduct.

- Ensure associates who may have been involved in incidents/accidents receive the proper care, including documentation of such.

- Ensure general housekeeping practices are adhered to.

- Other duties as assigned.

Shift Production Lead Requirements:

- Familiar with TS and ISO requirements.

- Demonstrated organizational, communication, and computer skills.

- Previous leadership experience is an asset.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities.

- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
