Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM

*Training will take place from 6:45 AM - 2:45 PM (Monday - Friday)

We're hiring Maintenance Mechanic pros in Monroe who can handle anything that breaks, rattles, or leaks. If you're the one everyone calls when things go sideways, this is your spot.

Qualifications That Count

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years as a machine maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment with proven dependability
• Hands-on knowledge of motors, pumps, gearboxes, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Knows machinery and safety inside out
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills with mechanical and electrical systems

Keep the Gear in Motion, Every Day

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems on production equipment and perform troubleshooting to get to the root cause of breakdowns.
• Carry out routine maintenance to keep machines in good working order.
• Replace or rebuild motors, bearings, belts, gears, and other machine parts.
• Read and understand machine manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Assist with new machine installs, adjustments, and upgrades.
• Work with operators and supervisors to minimize downtime and keep production on schedule.
• Document all repairs, maintenance work, and parts used.
• Follow all plant safety procedures and keep all work areas clean.
