Responsibilities The Land Document Project Manager (PM) serves as a subject matter expert (SME) in right-of-way (ROW) and land documentation, providing leadership, oversight, and technical guidance to document specialists and project teams. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of land and ROW documentation processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with project requirements, regulatory standards, and client expectations. The Land Document PM acts as a key resource for interpreting complex land rights, title, and easement documents, while establishing best practices and standardization across projects. They oversee document production, review, quality control, and delivery, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all land documentation activities. In addition, this role collaborates closely with project managers, surveyors, engineers, legal teams, and external stakeholders to support successful project execution. This position also plays a critical role in mentoring and developing document specialists, enhancing team capabilities, and driving continuous improvement in systems, workflows, and documentation standards within the ROW/land discipline. Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors. Other Compensation:Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
