Hardware Librarian

Overall Responsibility

To maintain the Round Rock 5 (RR5) hardware library inventory. Completing orders, and returning material to

their correct locations.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain part inventory accuracy through quarterly inventory. Inventory consists of

scanning each rack and then reconciling any discrepant parts.

* Completing orders within the contracted SLA (currently 4 business hours).

* Orders must be scanned out by customers using their badge

* Serial number for each individual part must be scanned into the order within MTrack.

* Checking in parts that are returned from testing

* Must be ESD complaint

* Must be returned to the proper project regardless of any project changes that occur

* Must be placed on correct rack that corresponds to the project

* Part utilization reports must be run as customers request to identify which parts can be purged

* This report is part of the MTrack database but will need to be converted into an Excel file

* Material must be purged upon request, at times a utilization report will need to be run and given to a customer due to space limits per project.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

* Prioritize work tasks based on processing schedules and client expectations, ensuring timely completion.

* Perform verification tasks as required, checking for accuracy and identifying errors.

* Troubleshoot problems as needed, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.

* Assist in the development of production formats and keying procedures, contributing to process improvement efforts.

* Maintain a high level of safety awareness and promptly report potential hazards to supervisors.?

* Adhere to security and privacy policies, standards, and guidelines to protect company and customer information.

* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in task execution.

* Engage in repetitive motion activities such as twisting, bending, climbing, and lifting, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
