Overview Position Type: Full Time On-site in Dallas What You Need to Know The IT Asset Management Analyst II provides guidance, under limited supervision, on hardware and software asset management for the global infrastructure environment. This includes, is not limited to, gathering business requirements, reviewing the current hardware and software environment, and working closely with support teams. The IT Asset Management Analyst II will provide functional support to the IT Asset Manager, the business and other support teams in hardware and software inventory compliance. The IT Asset Management Analyst II will provide support, controlling and overseeing monthly and annual hardware inventory requirements, controlling, and approved software inventory and compliance to avoid security risk and legal pitfalls related to hardware and software asset management by understanding and leveraging industry best practices for all IT asset types. This employee will have contact with other company departments as well as outside vendors. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred, optimally with 3-5 years of experience in IT Asset Management or Warehouse Inventory Management. Hardware asset management accreditation (CHAMP, CSAM and CITAD preferred or equivalent). ITIL version 3 accreditation Bilingual is a plus Solid Understanding of: Microsoft Office Applications Office365, One-Drive Microsoft Teams Windows 10 OS, Windows 11 OS a plus Android OS, iOS Intune ITIL Service Management through Service Now You may find success in this role if you have experience as the following: IT Asset Management Analyst, IT Asset Coordinator, IT Asset Specialist, Hardware Asset Management Analyst, IT Inventory Specialist, Asset Lifecycle Technician, IT Asset Administrator, IT Support Specialist, IT Support Technician, Desktop Support Technician, Field Support Technician, End User Support Specialist, Service Desk Analyst, IT Operations Technician, ServiceNow Administrator, ITSM Analyst, Configuration Management Analyst (CMDB), IT Compliance Analyst, IT Procurement Specialist, Vendor Management Coordinator, IT Purchasing Analyst, Logistics Coordinator (IT equipment focus).
