Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

  • Estimated annual base pay: $72,000.00(minimum) - $93,000.00(midpoint) - $115,000.00(maximum)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive master production schedules to ensure timely availability of products in alignment with demand forecasts.
  • Cross Department Coordination: Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and sales teams to synchronize production activities and address any scheduling conflicts or resource constraints.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, adjust production plans as necessary, and implement strategies to optimize stock levels, minimizing both shortages and excess inventory.
  • Schedule Optimization: Analyze production data and workflows to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, reducing lead times, and enhancing overall schedule reliability.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and distribute detailed scheduling reports to stakeholders and communicate any changes or potential delays effectively to ensure all parties are informed and aligned.

  • Time Management: Strong time management skills enable the Master Scheduler II to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain an efficient production flow.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seeking and implementing improvements in scheduling processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase overall productivity.
  • Resource Allocation: Effectively allocating resources, including labor, materials, and machinery, to ensure optimal production levels and meet schedule demands.
  • Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing priorities, unexpected challenges, and evolving business needs to maintain effective scheduling and production continuity.

Other Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP and/or IBP is preferred.
  • Prior experience in scheduling is desirable.
