The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 124,800.00 USD - 163,800.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. ABOUT THE ROLE

Based in San Francisco, the Associate Manager, Marketing Strategy Planning & Portfolio for Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day plays a central and highly influential role within SC Johnson's Lifestyle Brands organization. In this position, you'll help shape the overall business strategy for the Mrs. Meyer's brand across five highly competitive categories in both Home Care and Personal Care, with strong distribution across major retail and ecommerce channels including Mass, Grocery, Drug, Club, and Amazon.

You'll partner closely with teams across the business-sales, brand experience, new product development, supply chain operations, and finance-working side by side with cross-functional leaders every day to deliver meaningful business results. The role reports directly to the Director of Strategy Planning & Portfolio for Mrs. Meyer's and Babyganics, ensuring visibility and connection to senior leadership.

This is an immersive, hands-on opportunity where your curiosity, initiative, and drive will have a direct and immediate impact on the Lifestyle division and the broader SC Johnson enterprise. Blending elements of general management and brand marketing, the role gives you day-to-day exposure to key commercialization levers and leadership teams, offering a unique advantage to influence the growth trajectory of two beloved, purpose-driven brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the commercial strategy input for the monthly Supply & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, driving crossfunctional alignment across sales, marketing, and finance to deliver a unified demand forecast that meets business objectives and informs supply planning with accuracy.

  • Support the development and execution of annual and longterm strategic plans for Mrs. Meyer's by conducting competitive assessments, identifying growth opportunities, evaluating risks, building volume projections, and addressing challenges through creative, datadriven solutions.

  • Own business performance monitoring by analyzing syndicated data (Nielsen), internal shipment trends, market research, and additional insight sources to identify issues, uncover opportunities, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Partner with crossfunctional teams to support effective P&L management, driving initiatives that strengthen both sales and profitability.

  • Collaborate with Customer Development, Innovation, Brand Experience, Category, and Consumer Insights teams to build compelling retailer selling stories and integrated marketing support plans that elevate brand presence and drive conversion.

  • Lead commercialization efforts across key consumer touchpoints-including product, communications, special packs/displays, and ecommerce-to ensure cohesive and highimpact execution in market.

  • Support the innovation stagegate process by delivering critical gotomarket components such as volume forecasts, pricing strategies, customer timelines, and launch readiness requirements.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in brand management spanning base business stewardship and/or innovation management. Must include at least 2+ years within a consumer products company and 1+ years of handson experience working with IRI or Nielsen syndicated data

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Position is Full-Time, regular business hours, Monday-Friday

  • Office work environment: San Francisco, CA office

  • Remote work available once a week after 90-day onboarding period

  • Domestic relocation is not available for this role
